Fat: 48.71g | Prot: 58.86g | Carb: 238.50g.   Breakfast:  Earl Grey Tea, English Muffin, Fresh Ham, Granules. Lunch:  Applesauce, Brownie with Icing, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Italian Bread . Dinner:  Applesauce, Fried Pork Chop, Fried Potatoes, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Snickerdoodle Cookies.
