Fat: 43.21g | Prot: 128.28g | Carb: 218.16g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters - Original, Singles American Cheese Slices, Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Coffee, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Bananas . Lunch:  Chicken Tortilla Soup (Bowl), Caesar Salad (Small). Dinner:  Sweet Peas, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Sweet Potato , Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce, Petite Steak. Snacks/Other:  Spark Energy Drink, Apples , Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla Wafers, Fat Free Cottage Cheese.
