Fat: 43.21g | Prot: 128.28g | Carb: 218.16g.   Breakfast:  Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Bananas , Coffee, Egg Beaters - Original, Singles American Cheese Slices, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Caesar Salad (Small), Chicken Tortilla Soup (Bowl). Dinner:  Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Petite Steak, Sweet Peas, Sweet Potato , Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, Spark Energy Drink, Vanilla Wafers.
