Fat: 39.28g | Prot: 46.38g | Carb: 144.73g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oranges, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Maple Grove Farms Dressing Poppyseed Fat Free. Dinner:  Cod, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts.
