Fat: 33.64g | Prot: 124.00g | Carb: 108.35g.   Breakfast:  Papaya, Egg, Simply Egg Whites, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Tail-off Cooked Shrimp, Parmesan & Roasted Garlic. Dinner:  Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Sweet Red Peppers, Red Onions, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Hoisin Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Muscle Milk (Vanilla), Greek Yogurt with Honey.
