Fat: 86.48g | Prot: 120.50g | Carb: 98.23g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Country Style Pork Sausage, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Chicken Meat (Roasting), Cooked Eggplant. Dinner:  Green String Beans, Meat Loaf Made with Beef, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, SunButter, Tortilla Corn Chips.
