Fat: 43.37g | Prot: 81.41g | Carb: 201.88g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee with Cream, Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Spinach Power Salad (Half). Dinner:  fresh green beans, Low-Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Soup, salad, salmon. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Apples, Dried Apricots, Unsweetened Iced Tea.
