Fat: 21.37g | Prot: 71.22g | Carb: 265.36g.   Breakfast:  Kashi Honey Toasted 7 GraIN, low fat butter, sugar free preserves, thomas english muffin wheat. Lunch:  honey wheat pretzel sticks, OIKOS Dannon 0% yogurt. Dinner:  brown rice, chicken breast low fat. Snacks/Other:  100 calorie ice cream bar skinny cow, low fat peanut butter.
