Fat: 16.21g | Prot: 18.52g | Carb: 106.77g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) , Danish Pastry. Lunch:  Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , White Rice, Cooked Eggplant, Fried Egg, Long Beans (Dow Gok), Leaf Tea Unsweetened. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water , Budweiser Beer.
