Fat: 54.73g | Prot: 50.22g | Carb: 139.19g.   Breakfast:  protein & oats, almond milk, rudi's country white, smart bacon. Lunch:  beets, carrot juice, apple, sweet potato, feta cheese, spinach, mushroom. Dinner:  panera tomato soup. Snacks/Other:  lays potato chips , french bread.
