Fat: 29.05g | Prot: 33.58g | Carb: 164.82g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese 1% milkfat with Pineapple, TOPS PINEAPPLE SLICES, Pineapple Juice (Without Added Ascorbic Acid, Unsweetened, Canned), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Lunch:  Grape Jelly, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, White Bread. Dinner:  Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Candied Sweetpotato. Snacks/Other:  Honeycrisp Apples, Carrots.
