Fat: 29.05g | Prot: 33.58g | Carb: 164.82g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese 1% milkfat with Pineapple, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Pineapple Juice (Without Added Ascorbic Acid, Unsweetened, Canned), TOPS PINEAPPLE SLICES. Lunch:  Crunchy Peanut Butter, Grape Jelly, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, White Bread. Dinner:  Candied Sweetpotato, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Honeycrisp Apples.
