Fat: 43.31g | Prot: 103.77g | Carb: 76.14g.   Breakfast:  bacon, breakfast potatoes, eggland's best large egg, fruit cup, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Everything but lettuce salad, Tuna Salad. Dinner:  broccoli, chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
