Fat: 73.91g | Prot: 111.84g | Carb: 139.21g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Bananas, Egg, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Turkey Bacon, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  Light & Fit Greek yogurt (blueberry, Meatloaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy, Peaches. Dinner:  Avocados, Blackberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Lettuce, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Marinated Wild Pacific Salmon, Mashed Potato, Strawberries. Snacks/Other:  Carb Smart Fudge Bar, Light Swiss Original Cheese Wedges, Shaved Mesquite Turkey Breast, Snack Cracker.
