Fat: 45.69g | Prot: 110.50g | Carb: 52.05g.   Breakfast:  Coffee Cream, coffee from grounds, Ham and Egg Muffin. Lunch:  Choc-A-Lot. Dinner:  broccoli, brussels sprout, cauliflower, chicken, edamame, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  water.
