Fat: 60.36g | Prot: 81.52g | Carb: 135.38g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Chicken Sausage, Chicken Sausage, Low Sodium Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking), Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lunch:  ThinkThin Bars - Brownie Crunch. Dinner:  Chunky Medium Salsa, Steamed Vegetables, Turkey Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Clusters of Cacao, homemade protein bar, Milk Chocolate Nuggets with Toffee & Almonds, Pomegranate Soy Latte (no vanilla syrup), Salted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts, Savannah Smiles.
