Fat: 16.84g | Prot: 72.19g | Carb: 306.12g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Dried Cranberries, Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Spaghetti, Apples, Oranges, Ciabatta. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Cod, Ciabatta, Oranges. Snacks/Other:  banana, dried apricots, Oranges.
