Fat: 16.84g | Prot: 72.19g | Carb: 306.12g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cranberries, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Pink Grapefruit Juice, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Apples, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Ciabatta, Oranges, Spaghetti. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Cod, Ciabatta, Oranges. Snacks/Other:  banana, dried apricots, Oranges.
