Fat: 55.32g | Prot: 74.02g | Carb: 210.31g.   Breakfast:  apple and cinnamon oatmeal, Bananas, coffee, low fat milk, soy milk unsweeten. Lunch:  Chicken, white rice. Dinner:  broccoli, butter, pork chop, potato. Snacks/Other:  apple, Baked chips cheddar lays, Dare grain first lemon cracker, sweet and salty granola bar.
