Fat: 76.97g | Prot: 65.55g | Carb: 72.31g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Egg White . Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip, Shaved Smoked White Turkey Lunch Meat, Celery , Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken & Apple Sausage, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Pistachio Nuts , Mousse Temptations - Chocolate Indulgence.
