Fat: 109.95g | Prot: 69.90g | Carb: 21.05g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Heavy Whipping Cream, Whipped Butter, French Vanilla Iced Coffee K-Cup, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, kirkland low sodium bacon, boiled egg, president brie. Lunch:  fresh express shreds, Calavo Guacamole, tillamook sour cream, kirkland low sodium bacon, cream cheese. Dinner:  ground beef, fresh express shreds, Pepperoni, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded Italian Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Mature Onions, Spaghetti Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Diet Rockstar Energy Drink (Large Can), russell stover thin mints.
