Fat: 48.73g | Prot: 126.84g | Carb: 92.28g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Bratwurst, Coffee, Cooked Egg White, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Half & Half, Spinach . Dinner:  Garden Blend Steamable Frozen Vegetables, Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Boiled Egg, Coconut Milk Creamer - Original, Coffee, Organic Cane Sugar, Peppermint Puffs.
