Fat: 62.49g | Prot: 137.49g | Carb: 96.04g.   Breakfast:  Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Chicken Meat (Roasting), Cooked Eggplant. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, SunButter.
