Fat: 65.03g | Prot: 85.08g | Carb: 279.56g.   Breakfast:  Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, Special K. Lunch:  Cooked Tuna Hand Roll (Nori Roll). Dinner:  Avocados, Greek Yoghurt, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Turkish Bread. Snacks/Other:  Isotonic Mountain Blast, Marvellous Creations Peanut Toffee Cookie, Pods with Snickers, Reduced Fat Cappuccino, Sultana Tea Cake.
