Fat: 65.03g | Prot: 85.08g | Carb: 279.56g.   Breakfast:  Special K, Lactose Free Fat Free Milk. Lunch:  Cooked Tuna Hand Roll (Nori Roll). Dinner:  Turkish Bread, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Avocados, Tomatoes, Greek Yoghurt. Snacks/Other:  Reduced Fat Cappuccino, Pods with Snickers, Marvellous Creations Peanut Toffee Cookie, Isotonic Mountain Blast, Sultana Tea Cake.
