Fat: 53.36g | Prot: 73.93g | Carb: 159.24g.   Breakfast:  Kelloggs nutri grain, mcdonald's sausage egg cheese mcmuffin, american cheese , Oikos 0% fat fruit on the bottom Dannon. Lunch:  banana. Dinner:  eggs , onion, spinach, lea and perrins steak sauce thick, rye bread.
