Dinner:  Brown Rice, Butter , Cod, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apple, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Shot Blocks - Black Cherry, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
