Fat: 63.55g | Prot: 56.06g | Carb: 106.36g.   Breakfast:  breakfast potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggland's best large egg, Green Chili Stew. Dinner:  broccoli, milk, pork tenderloin breaded, velveeta. Snacks/Other:  airpopped pop corn, chocolate ice cream, coffee, red wine.
