Fat: 82.91g | Prot: 101.80g | Carb: 354.80g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar). Lunch:  bacon, margarine, Mushrooms in Cream Sauce, toast. Dinner:  broad beans, potato, roast pork, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  Energy Drink.
