Lunch:  Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef or Patty, Sweetened Iced Tea (16 oz), Whole Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  American Cheese, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chili Con Carne with Beans. Snacks/Other:  Popped Chips, Sweet Iced Tea.
