Fat: 81.10g | Prot: 109.11g | Carb: 208.71g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Bananas, Egg, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Turkey Bacon, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  Apples, Apples, Chicken Breast, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning, Strawberries, Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added). Dinner:  Mashed Potato, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, sliced potatoes, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Carbsmart Fudge Bar, Peaches, Pears, Pecan Nuts, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie).
