Fat: 81.10g | Prot: 109.11g | Carb: 208.71g.   Breakfast:  Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Almond Milk, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Bananas, Turkey Bacon, Egg, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  Apples, Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added), Strawberries, Apples, Chicken Breast, Just For One - Broccoli, Carrots & Italian Seasoning. Dinner:  sliced potatoes, Spinach, Mashed Potato, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Pecan Nuts, Almonds, Peaches, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie), Pears, Carbsmart Fudge Bar.
