Fat: 94.15g | Prot: 83.91g | Carb: 159.50g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Bite-Sized Wheat Squares, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Benedict Egg, Fruit Cocktail or Mix. Dinner:  Multigrain Bread, Lettuce, Yellow Tomatoes , Organic Baby Swiss Cheese, Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast. Snacks/Other:  Movie Theater Butter Popcorn.
