Fat: 94.15g | Prot: 83.91g | Carb: 159.50g.   Breakfast:  Bite-Sized Wheat Squares, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Benedict Egg, Fruit Cocktail or Mix. Dinner:  Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Lettuce, Multigrain Bread, Organic Baby Swiss Cheese, Yellow Tomatoes . Snacks/Other:  Movie Theater Butter Popcorn.
