Fat: 86.93g | Prot: 101.15g | Carb: 197.05g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Nonfat or Fat Free American or Cheddar Type Processed Cheese, Rye Bread. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Dry Chickpeas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta. Dinner:  Instant Oatmeal - Strawberries and Cream, Organic Ground Flaxseed, White Tea to Go Raspberry Sugar Free Iced Tea Mix. Snacks/Other:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Feta Cheese, Strawberries.
