Fat: 47.40g | Prot: 42.51g | Carb: 179.46g.   Breakfast:  Meatless Enchilada with Cheese, Spanish Rice. Lunch:  Chili Cheese Corn Chips, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Cheese Pizza, Corn Tortillas, Mexican Sweet Roll (Pan Dulce), Yellow Sweet Corn.
