Fat: 42.50g | Prot: 37.89g | Carb: 104.16g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Dinner:  Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Panko Breaded Cod, Salad Girl Honey and Ginger dressing. Snacks/Other:  Whips! Lowfat Yogurt Mousse - Key Lime Pie.
