Fat: 52.27g | Prot: 54.17g | Carb: 205.23g.   Breakfast:  chocolate strawberry special k, original light soy milk silk. Lunch:  bell pepper, cabbage, carrots, crumbled bacon hormel, french dinner roll, hard boiled egg, LH HUCKLEBERRY VIN NAT, Mixed Salad Greens, Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbled, tofutti. Dinner:  cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon hormel, white baked potato. Snacks/Other:  grasshopper cookie, guacamole wholly, nutz over chocolate luna, pita chips sea salt.
