Fat: 49.16g | Prot: 75.51g | Carb: 193.76g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Gedroogd Fruit en Noten), Yoghurt (Mager). Lunch:  Geroosterd Volkoren Brood, Jong Belegen 20+, Runderbouillon. Dinner:  Gebakken Aardappelen, Gemengde Sla, Roomboter, Stokbrood, Witte Tafelwijn, Zalm. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Groene Thee, Koekje, Kruidkoekreep, Stroopwafel.
