Fat: 88.56g | Prot: 79.83g | Carb: 134.75g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas (Taco Size), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  25% Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Light Italian Herb Flatbread, Light Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Onion Rings (Medium), Whataburger.
