Fat: 88.56g | Prot: 79.83g | Carb: 134.75g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas (Taco Size), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) . Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Light Italian Herb Flatbread, Light Mayonnaise, 25% Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Whataburger, Onion Rings (Medium).
