Fat: 84.46g | Prot: 79.87g | Carb: 158.91g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Wing. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Catfish, Chili No Beans Entree (Canned), Ortega tortilla strips, Ortega tortilla strips. Dinner:  Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Cereal, Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, SunButter, Unsweetened Flax Milk.
