Fat: 90.70g | Prot: 100.31g | Carb: 281.00g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bran Cereal. Lunch:  Cornbread Dressing, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Turkey Breast Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted), Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Clementines, Plums, Salted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts.
