Lunch:  White Rice, Pork Loin (Tenderloin) , Skinless Chicken Breast, Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) . Dinner:  Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water , Budweiser Beer, Budweiser Beer.
