Fat: 119.97g | Prot: 164.84g | Carb: 355.87g.   Breakfast:  High Performance Energy Drink (Can), sizzli bagel turkey sausage, Sizzli Croissant with bacon sandwich. Lunch:  Angus Bacon & Cheese Third Pounder, Coca-Cola (Medium), French Fries (Small). Dinner:  Basil Pesto Chicken Breast, Beer, Brussels Sprouts, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Traditional Lager.
