Fat: 62.66g | Prot: 99.31g | Carb: 125.72g.   Breakfast:  100 Calorie Butter Mini Popcorn Bags, boiled egg, cream cheese, Toasted Bagel, turkey sausage link. Lunch:  sour cream, wendy's small chili. Dinner:  Shrimp with Lobster Sauce (Mixture), teryaki chicken stif fry. Snacks/Other:  boiled egg, djon mustard, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, mini kit kat, mini reeses cup, Rye Bread.
