Fat: 83.32g | Prot: 122.08g | Carb: 176.82g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Almond Milk, Bananas, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Turkey Bacon, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Breast without Skin, Mashed Potato, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain.
