Fat: 83.32g | Prot: 122.08g | Carb: 176.82g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon, Bananas, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Almond Milk, Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp). Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Breast without Skin, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Mashed Potato. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain, Peanut Butter.
