Fat: 64.43g | Prot: 112.24g | Carb: 178.67g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, panera chai, panera mediterranean e white no bread, panera whole grain. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Green Olives, Mayonnaise, Pickles, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, whey protein.
