Fat: 58.46g | Prot: 75.79g | Carb: 247.17g.   Breakfast:  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  Bananas, Cheddar Cheese, Oats, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Balsam-Pear (Bitter Gourd, Pods), Brown Rice, Egg, Egg, Firm Silken Tofu, Firm Silken Tofu, Onions, Strawberries, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate, チョコレート.
