Fat: 129.90g | Prot: 99.80g | Carb: 20.24g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, cream cheese, French Vanilla Iced Coffee K-Cup, Heavy Whipping Cream, kirkland low sodium bacon, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Whipped Butter. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad (Half). Dinner:  bacon, ground beef, guacamole, provolone cheese, sour cream. Snacks/Other:  michelob ultra.
