Fat: 18.13g | Prot: 32.22g | Carb: 72.07g.   Breakfast:  coffee, great value blueberry yogurt. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, green beans. Dinner:  fat free ranch, marketside romaine, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almonds, celery, laughing cow light tomato basil, red delicious apple, reduced fat wheat thins, spinach dip, tortilla chips.
