Fat: 78.25g | Prot: 108.15g | Carb: 86.87g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Meat (Roasting). Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Catfish, Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Margarine.
