Fat: 78.25g | Prot: 108.15g | Carb: 86.87g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Meat (Roasting). Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Tortilla Corn Chips, Tongal Tuna, Sweet Pickle Relish, Real Mayonnaise, Ortega tortilla strips. Dinner:  Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower, Baked or Broiled Catfish. Snacks/Other:  7 Sprouted Grains Bread, Margarine.
