Fat: 125.36g | Prot: 209.17g | Carb: 365.24g.   Breakfast:  White Bread, Sausage Gravy, Pulled Chicken, Oranges, Everything Bagel, Light or Lite Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), 45 Calories & Delightful White Bread, Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce. Dinner:  Tomato Basil Soup, Boneless Buffalo Wings - Honey BBQ. Snacks/Other:  White Russian.
