Fat: 125.36g | Prot: 209.17g | Carb: 365.24g.   Breakfast:  Everything Bagel, Light or Lite Cream Cheese, Oranges, Pulled Chicken, Sausage Gravy, White Bread. Lunch:  45 Calories & Delightful White Bread, Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce, Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Boneless Buffalo Wings - Honey BBQ, Tomato Basil Soup. Snacks/Other:  White Russian.
