Fat: 20.04g | Prot: 15.96g | Carb: 63.90g.   Breakfast:  Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) , Regular Coffee, Cheddar Cheese , Light Butter, Roti, Danish Pastry. Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , Regular Coffee. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) .
