Lunch: Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Fried Egg, Lowfat Brownie, Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Grilled), Swiss Cheese. Dinner: Black Forest (Chocolate-Cherry) Cake.
