Fat: 54.70g | Prot: 48.55g | Carb: 99.87g.   Breakfast:  Cucumber (with Peel), Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Toasted Raisin Bread, Hash Brown, Blueberry Muffins. Lunch:  Minced Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Grilled), Swiss Cheese, Fried Egg, Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Lowfat Brownie. Dinner:  Black Forest (Chocolate-Cherry) Cake.
