Fat: 59.23g | Prot: 34.75g | Carb: 176.92g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon , Double Fiber Wheat Bread, Orange Juice , Organic Peanut Butter. Lunch:  almonds, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated) , Cream (Half & Half), nesquik, skim milk. Dinner:  cupcake, Fiber One Honey Cluster, frigo cheese stick, ritz cracker. Snacks/Other:  betty crocker chocolate chip cookie mix, Chips Ahoy! Original, hershey kisses, k cup hot chocolate.
