Fat: 38.33g | Prot: 95.01g | Carb: 89.39g.   Breakfast:  Everything but lettuce salad, low fat cottage cheese, feta cheese, pineapple chunks. Lunch:  Everything but lettuce salad, Tuna Salad, seed crackers. Dinner:  broccoli, velveeta, milk, portabella mushrooms, baked chicken. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, red wine, water.
