Fat: 38.33g | Prot: 95.01g | Carb: 89.39g.   Breakfast:  Everything but lettuce salad, feta cheese, low fat cottage cheese, pineapple chunks. Lunch:  Everything but lettuce salad, seed crackers, Tuna Salad. Dinner:  baked chicken, broccoli, milk, portabella mushrooms, velveeta. Snacks/Other:  coffee, red wine, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, water.
